Veteran actor, comedian, script and dialogue writer Kader Khan is planning to come back on screen after a long gap, tweets megastar Amitabh Bachchan.
Amitabh Bachchan on Sunday announced and welcomed the return of veteran actor Kader Khan to the active silver screen presence after his long break.
“Kadar Khan .. great colleague, writer, contributor to many of my successful films …returns to film after a long hiatus ! Welcome” wrote Big B.
Kader Khan last acted in “Mujhse Shaadi Karogi” (2004) and a couple of inconsequential films two years later. Early this year, he made a comeback in Arjun Kapoor-starrer “Tevar” which bombed at the box-office.
However his name is credited in “Hera Pheri 3” which is set to release this year, latest sequel to hit “Hera Pheri” series.
Amitabh Bachchan and Kader Khan have shared silver screen in more than 24 odds films and share a fair mutual respect.
Kader Khan started as script and dialogue writer and soon he made his acting debut with character role. Later he moved to Villainous roles and finally to comic capers, for which is most known and loved for!
He has worked in over 350 films, including “Coolie”, “Baap Numbri, Beta Dus Numbri”, “Hum”, “Bol Radha Bol”, “Aankhen”, “Raja Babu” and “Judwaa”.
