Director Anees Bazmee who is best known for directing the hugely successful comedy films No Entry, Welcome and Singh Is King says that he will soon make it clear about his next film.
“Right now I am relishing the success of Welcome Back, side by side also working on a script. So within 2 months I will be very clear what will be my next project,” he said at an event.
Buzz is that Anees decided to work with Salman Khan for “No Entry Mein Entry”. But as Salman is busy with multiple projects at the moment, the actor is unable to schedule any dates for the director.
Hence, Anees has decided to move ahead with another film keeping Akshay Kumar in mind. The director/producer had a great success with Welcome and Singh Is Kinng, starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles.
Anees Bazmee’s ‘No Entry’ featured an ensemble cast of Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan, Fardeen Khan, Lara Dutta, Celina Jaitley, Esha Deol and Bipasha Basu with a cameo appearance by Sameera Reddy.
A remake of the Tamil super hit Charlie Chaplin (film); No Entry was Bollywood’s biggest hit of 2005.
Bazmee who made his directorial debut with the film Hulchul, starring Ajay Devgn and Kajol, went unnoticed in box-office.
However, his attempt to cast Devgan and Kajol once again in 1998 for his second directorial venture, Pyaar to Hona Hi Tha, proved successful.
Bazmee also revealed he has a plan of making film on children, “I have thought to make a film in which children have very important roles. I think audience will be surprised to watch it. Let’s hope I can make the film successfully,” he concluded.
