Bollywood celebrities attend special screening of “Jia Aur Jia”

Team of ‘Jia Aur Jia’ hosted special screening of their film on Wednesday in Mumbai. Bollywood celebrities like Gulshan Devaiah, Vicky Kaushal, Shweta Tripathi, Evelyn Sharma, Minissha Lamba, Puja Gupta, Upen Patel, Soundarya Sharma, Manjot Singh, Mukesh Chhabra, Arslan Goni, Richa Chadha,  Sushant Singh Rajput and Shamita Shetty attended the screening.

Here’s what celebrities had to say about ‘Jia Aur Jia’

Manjot Singh – I haven’t seen the film  but I am very excited for the film because me and Richa, we are together since eight years. Trailer of the film was really unique. I am just waiting that the film get good response just the way trailer of the film has been appreciated.

Richa Chadha -I am more excited for Arslan because it’s his debut movie and that’s why he is getting nervous so I am here to support him. I feel once a film is out then it’s in public domain so now it’s up to people whether they like it or dislike it. We are hoping that they will like it. Trailer of the film  has got good response. many girls told me that they will watch the film with their girlfriends. I hope when they will see it, they will tell everyone that this film has been made to all kind of audience. People from inside bollywood also praised the trailer saying  it looking fresh, colorful and feel good film.”

Talking about her own character in the film, Richa said, “I hope people will like my character because with this film, I tried to do something new as I feel actor needs to show his dimensions very often to show he/she can do any kind of roles.”

Shamita Shetty – I am expecting a good film. I am here actually to support my good friend Arslan. Trailer of the film is looking good. Kalki and Richa, the two good actors are in the film. I want to see how Arslan has performed as he is my friend so I am sure he is going to surprise all”

‘Jia Aur Jia’ is a story about two starkly different women that share the same name. Together, they embark on a life-changing journey heading towards the same fate.

It stars Richa Chadha, Kalki Koechlin, Arslan Goni in lead roles. It is directed by Howard Rosemeyer and produced by Mirza Askari.

Jia Aur Jia is slated to release on 27 October, 2017.
