Bollywood glam mom Raveena Tandon gives tips on fitness

Gone are the days when motherhood used to lead to an ill-shaped, flabby body. In-shape Bollywood yummy mummy like Raveena Tandon is the perfect blend of health and fitness. The diva who can give complex to the younger brigade with her healthier and fitter form shares some exclusive tips on health at the unveiling of Health & Nutrition magazine Cover.

The 41 year old Actress who was looking stunning as ever has pushed aside the concept of ‘size zero’, said, “Starving affects you in long run. Stay fit and eats the right thing and you always have a right choice. I don’t believe in starving or pushing your body where you get sick because you are what you eat. Today girls attempt to go beyond their body frame. I have broad body frame so I am never going to be size zero. I am happy in my skin.  I am fit and healthy and not obese or neither I am extra thin. So we need to set a correct example even the young kids should follow that.”

“Fitness is really important not only for us who are constant in media glare, even for anyone. When I was just a house wife and was chilling even then. The moment you step out from your house if you are looking good there is an automatic bounce in your confidence.” The actress added.

Speaking at the event Raveena feels there is a good change in Bollywood regarding the fitness, “Today every actor is fit. In our time we all used to have plump structure,   unkempt eyebrows but today look at them all are perfectly maintaining their look.”

Workwise the actress is making her comeback to films after a gap of three years, in filmmaker Onir’s upcoming romantic film “Shab.”“Shab,” a drama set in Delhi, is a love triangle and stars Prosenjit Chatterjee’s wife Arpita and Ashish Bisht, who are both making their Bollywood debut.
