Bollywood heartthrob Salman Khan who was last seen on big screens in blockbuster hit ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, is all busy now a day’s accompanying Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty for their debut film ‘Hero’s promotions.
The dashing actor yesterday at the musical event related to ‘Hero’s songs stated that the budget of the film was never a matter of concern for him.
As the superstar said, “The biggest challenge about ‘Hero’ for me as a producer was not to care about its budget. Because we knew that caring and thinking about the budget too much might end up turning the film into a complete disaster. So the budget for this film is very similar to the films which I work on, because Sooraj and Athiya’s journey starts from this film and so we made sure not to leave any stones unturned.”
“From music to selection of director (Nikhil Advani), and Nikhil was spending days and night training Sooraj and Athiya, and both (Sooraj and Athiya) going through training for dancing and action everything’s been done in best possible way. Even during the shoot of my film ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ my mind was here (Hero) than my own film(Bajrangi Bhaijaan). I have seen my life and journey, and from here on what now. How many more years will I act as a Hero, may be 35 to 40 years (he joked). Sooraj and Athiya’s career starts now, so we tried our best to launch them in very grand way.” added Salman.
‘Hero’ is been produced by Salman and it is been co-produced by Subhash Ghai.
So far the response has been amazing following the film’s trailer, songs and promos.
‘Hero’, will release on 11th September.
