“It is a Dream Project, which actor hopes for,” says Deepika Padukone at ‘Tamasha’ musical night in Mumbai.
Deepika Padukone hosted Tamasha musical night, which was joined by Ranbir Kapoor and Karan Johar over web, Sidharth Roy Kapur of UTV Motion Pictures and Sajid Nadiadwala to celebrate the accolades and popularity music has received.
“Tum Saath Ho, is my favorite song, the song is for people, who have ever been in love or experienced love,” shares Deepika.
“It is landmark in one’s career, when you make a movie and Rahman sir has composed the music.
It is definitely one of my most special film experiences because I always wanted to be directed by Imtiaz Ali, working with Ranbir as co-star and have Rahman sir make the music,” says Deepika.
Imtiaz Ali directed upcoming film Tamasha, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Siddharth Roy Kapur, featuring Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor in lead roles, is one of the most awaited film of this year.
Deepika and Siddharth chose ‘Agar Tum Saath Ho’ as their favorite song, Sajid picked ‘Matargashti’.
Ranbir’s favourite number is ‘Wat Wat Wat’ which was released at the event and its peppy beats got the audience hooting.
Ranbir and Deepika danced to this upbeat number, in fact Ranbir crooned some lines for her ex-girlfriend Deepika.
Trailer is already out, along with entire music album, the film is slated for 27 November 2015 release.
