Bollywood action stars Ajay Devgn who was last seen on big screens in Prabhufheva’s ‘Action Jackson’, is all busy these days with promotions of his upcoming film ‘Drishyam’, which is on verge of its release.
Ajay in the film will be seen in a very intense character, as he will be seen playing middle class family man who can go to any limit when it comes to protecting his family.
The actor yesterday at the film’s promotion in Mumbai stated that he has no expectation about ‘Drishyam’ doing business of 150 crore at box office.
As the actor said, “I am sure “Drishyam” will do well. With today’s market changing box office (fate) of such films depend on word of mouth. We are not expecting this film to do Rs 150 crore (business at box office). This film is made in a limited budget and if it does decently and covers the cost its good. If the budget is big then it is a problem,”
Talking about the film, ‘Drishyam’ is remake of Malyalam hit with same name.
Apart from Ajay, the remake also stars Shriya Saran, Tabu and Rajat Kapur in central characters.
The film is been directed by Nishikant Kamat and will hit big screens on 31st July.
