Thespian Amitabh Bachchan has joined hands with Cell for IPR Promotion and Management (CIPAM) to stop piracy. The actor has released a video expressing that “Illegally streaming or downloading the movie” is not cool!
Amitabh Bachchan captioned the video, “Spread the word and let’s take an oath today to respect the fine art of cinema! #SayNoTOPiracy #LetsTalkIP @CIPAM_India”
In the video, Big B is seen saying, “Ladies and Gentleman, Namastey, see the magic of movie has always been watching an extraordinary story come to life, on a giant screen. It has always been about, going to the cinema hall with your friends, family, buying popcorn, samosa, watching a tale, unfold before your eyes. Illegally Streaming or downloading movies is not cool. And it will ever give you this vast experience. So do your bit. Spread the word to stop piracy. Thank you!”
And we certainly agree with Amitabh Bachchan, piracy is not cool it affects the movie business badly!
After successful 102 Not Out, Actor Amitabh Bachchan is currently busy wrapping his first ever outing with Aamir Khan in Yash Raj Films, Thugs Of Hindostan.
The upcoming action-adventure film is written and directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya. It is based on Philip Meadows Taylor’s 1839 novel Confessions of a Thug, and also starring Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh in the lead.
It is set to be released during Diwali on 7 November 2018.
