It’s Not Surprising For Me That ‘Phantom’ Is Been Banned In Pakistan:  Saif Ali Khan

The dashing actor Saif Ali Khan who was last seen on big screens in his home productional venture ‘Happy Ending’, is all busy these days with promotions of his upcoming film ‘Phantom’.

The actor was all present in Mumbai along with his director Kabir Khan in Mumbai for a special press meet related to the film.

Saif at the press meet stated that he had been having this very doubt of his film getting banned in Pakistan from quite some time.

Talking about ‘Phantom’ getting banned in Pakistan, the actor said, “I had been having this doubt from long time that  there  are possibilities that ‘Phantom’ will be banned in Pakistan, as the film  does have some topics which I knew that Pakistan will ban without viewing and reviewing it even once.”

“There are some ‘films which I had made in past, and which were passed easily by the Pakistan film board. But, ‘Phantom’ being a realistic film it wasn’t surprising that it is been banned in Pakistan. I do feel that it is indeed something which was meant to happen” added Saif.

Talking about the film, ‘Phantom’ is about the post-26/11 attacks in Mumbai and global terrorism

The film has gorgeous actress Katrina Kaif opposite Saif in lead.

‘Phantom’, will release on 28th August.
