Bollywood ‘Badshah’ Shah Rukh Khan had been in news all over during IPL season in 2012 following a ban on him from Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai for a heated argument with a security guard on duty at the stadium.
SRK was at the stadium then to showcase his support to his team Kolkata Knight Riders in an IPL match against Mumbai Indians, which the former won with ease.
After completion of match the superstar was in all mood to celebrate with players from his team, but then all of a sudden the actor lost his cool and had a loud and heated argument with a security guard.
The news spread all across like a wild fire, following which a investigation was held and SRK was found guilty and he was banned from Wankhede Stadium for five years by officials of Mumbai Cricket Association.
However, in a meeting among managing committee of MCA yesterday, the members took the decision of up-lifting the ban from SRK.
The ban on ‘Chennai express’ star was supposed to be only uplifted in 2017, but the MCA members have finalized to take the ban two years early.
