As he said, “O O Jaane Jaana’ was made by mistake. I had just started training my body at that time after a long gap. It happened such that the dress designed for me prior to the song didn’t fit me perfectly. It was too tight for me to wear, as if it was a blouse.  So by the time travel all the way to Bombay and do the measurement, and to make a new dress for the song and travel back to the location, would have consumed a lot of time.

“So I had this idea that to give some shirtless pose, and I asked Sohail (Khan) to take some snap shots of mine. He first wasn’t that sure whether it will work or not. So I donned up a head phone and took a guitar, following which Sohail gave the green signal to shoot the song in similar way. And rest as they say is history. So I must say that it happened by default,” added Salman.

‘Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya’, had actress Kajol opposite Salman in lead.

The film turned out to be one of the biggest hits in 1998 when it released.
