Parineeti Chopra believes being ‘skinny’ is different conversation

Parineeti Chopra who was not seen much since the release of her last film, ‘Kill Dil’ and revealed that she had been working on getting fitter but she does not endorse the idea being thin, “I was unfit and overweight. I don’t think being fit is bad for anybody. Thin is different conversation. I wanted to have better stamina, control of my energy which I have today. I am not endorsing of being thin, I am endorsing the idea of fitter yourself.”

“The day I stepped into film industry people has talk a lot about my weight. I wanted to give some time to my body. This year I got 6/7 months for it and I am glad that results are showing. All are appreciating me.”

The ‘Shudhh Desi Romance’ actress has recently posted images as revamped avatar and fitter, stronger, grungy looking on her twitter timeline where she’s seen rigorously posing working out, with motivational quotes.

Chopra made her acting debut with a supporting role romantic comedy Ladies vs Ricky Bahl, later The following year she played the lead female role in Ishaqzaade, a romantic drama that proved to be a critical and commercial success.

The 27 years old actress was last appeared in Y-Films’s mini web-series Man’s world. The four-part series raised issues like gender inequality, and premiered on YouTube on September 29. It also featured actresses like Kalki Koechlin, Richa Chadda and Bhumi Pednekar.
