“Titli trailer will be launched on 29th September, so we all are very excited” says film director and screenwriter Dibakar Banerjee at the 6th Edition of Jagran Film Festival kick start here in Mumbai.
Jagran Film Festival (JFF) is an initiative by the Jagran Group towards creating a culture of cinema appreciation, kick started there 6th edition yesterday. It is an honest and sincere attempt by Jagran to spread this culture, and create a platform that connects great content with audiences across the country.
Raza Murad, Ranvir Shorey, Deepak Dobriyal, Jaideep Ahlawat, Sudhir Mishra, Narendra Jha, Kunal Kapoor, Kaanu Behl, Sharat Katariya, Mishti, Nidhi Dutta and R.Madhavan among many noted celebrities were spotted at the event.
“I am getting two type of excitement, First I am at Jagran Film Festival. Second I am here with Ranvir Shoery with whom I started my career, Khosla Ka Ghosla, without him the movie wouldn’t have been possible.” says Dibakar Banerjee.
Dibakar Banerjee last release “Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!” will be specially screened at Jagran Film Festival, but director is excited about his upcoming Titli and talks about how his team from “Khosla Ka Ghosla” has come a full circle.
“Kaanu Behl is here with me, he assisted me on Khosla Ka Ghosla, and now I am producing his film, Titli. Apart from that Sharat Katariya here has written Titli, and we all know him from Dum Laga ke Haisha, and of course everyone knows Ranvir Shorey. So my writer is a hit director, my actor is a hit actor and pretty soon, our debut director, Kaanu, going to be a hit director” says Dibakar.
