Bollywood actor and standup comedian, Vir Das, who plays a survivor Sikh in upcoming controversial movie, 31st October, just unveiled his most brilliant look!

Vir Das, in picture as Devender Singh, an elderly Sikh man trying to get his wife Tejinder Kaur (played by Soha Ali Khan) and his family to safety, in the aftermath of the 1984 riots following the assassination of Indira Gandhi.
Directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Shivaji Patil, 31 October is an upcoming political thriller, starring Vir Das and Soha Ali Khan, in first ever film ever made on the aftermath of Indira Gandhi’s Assassination.
“One Fateful Night, One Family, A battle against all Odds” says the tag line of the film. Vir Das definitely look the part of bitten, bitter and yet hopeful man. However he will seen playing two different avatar in film, first one would be young guy of 30 and second one will be 60 years old.
“My role is of a good-hearted man from very small origins. It’s a fast-paced thriller that spans a total of 24 hours in his life” says Vir Das.
Apart from that Vir again will portray yet another Sikh role, more like Punjabi guy in Santa Banta, which is a comedy film about two friends and the trouble they go through because of each other. The film is shot in 3D. Boman Irani and Vir Das will be playing sardars in the film. The film also stars Neha Dhupia and Lisa Haydon in pivotal roles.
